Statistical Model

I am trying to build a statistical model to predict the cost of universal healthcare. My intention is to do a linear regression analysis of the variables affecting healthcare utilization and cost among the insured population and project the model onto the uninsured.

If anyone stumbles across this and knows of good data, a similar study, or anything useful to this enterprise, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
